Throughout March, specialist retailers Run 4 It will be hosting a series of workshops for runners. The events, which will be held weekly at the Glasgow Tiso branch on Couper Street, are aimed at helping runners maximise their training.
The free workshops take place on a Saturday morning and begin on March 3 through to April 7. Group activities include training tips, shoe fittings, nutritional and stretching advice, all rounded off with a 30-45 minute group run.
The sessions will last for approximately two hours and runners are advised to bring their own kit and shoes and a change of clothes. If you are interested in attending the workshops, register your interest with the Run 4 It store.
