As well as finishers' medals, there were King and Queen of the Hill prizes on offer to the first male and female to reach the top of the 1/2 mile hill at the start of the race. The King of the Hill was won by Andrew Wright from Ochil Hill Runners who finished second overall with a time of 1:06:38. The Queen of the Hill was won by Bethany Thompson who was second female home in a time of 1:22:03. The first Wee County runner home was Bob Warnock in a time of 1:15:33 and the midpoint runner was Laura Hughes in 1:36:38.
George Furmage from Wee County Harriers told scottishrunningguide.com: "The race was a great success for my club and will definitely be back next year. The race sponsors, The Sheriffmuir Inn ensured everyone had a celebratory wee tipple and the other main sponsor, Up and Running from Stirling provided prizes for the prize winners."
