Runners, cyclists and outdoor pursuits enthusiasts in Scotland can look forward to a new show which will launch in 2016.  PSP Media, the team behind the Scottish Golf Show and Girls’ Day Out shows, will be staging the Scottish Cycling, Running & Outdoor Pursuits Show (SCROPS) at the SECC Glasgow from Friday 11 March to Sunday 13 March.

Event organisers want to build on the legacy of the 2014 Commonwealth Games and the increasing popularity of cycling, running and active pursuits in Scotland. They told runABC Scotland:

"Taking you from off-road to on-track, this show promises to offer an experience that will bring you the heart of cycling, running, outdoor pursuits and so much more, all under one roof. As the first of its kind, SCROPS promises to be an interactive, informative and inspiring event for the whole family.

"Over three fun-packed days, exhibitors from the world of active pursuits will offer live demonstrations, coaching and training advice. Visitors will also have the chance to get up close and personal with true sporting heroes.

"Whether you need advice on the best training regime for your next triathlon, want to test ride the best bike for your morning commute, or even how to inspire the next generation of Commonwealth champions, this interactive event will offer something for everyone."
