For many runners, music is a prerequisite. High-tempo, up-beat tracks can distract from thoughts of fatigue and a switch of song can often mean an unplanned addition of an extra mile or two.
Perhaps aware of the symbiotic relationship they share with each other, Leo Altarelli has combined his passion for both, with a track entitled, 'Run and Become.' After taking up running last year, Leo has already completed the Brighton Marathon and joined his local club, The Bungay Black Dogs.
The track, which has been written in homage to Sri Chinmoy's phrase 'Run & Become,' is described as 'catchy, upbeat and lyrically thought provoking'. Leo comments: "This is a song I hope everyone can understand and take inspiration from, it is about doing things you are passionate about."
