Entries Open For Moray Marathon

Moray Marathon map

Entries are now open for the revived Moray Marathon on 7 September. Now entitled Glen Moray Marathons, the event will include a new marathon and half marathon course alongside the original 10k route.

The marathon will start at 09:30am with the half marathon and 10k runners heading off at 10:30am. Spaces are limited to 450 this year so entrants are advised to register early to avoid disappointment. There will also be goody bags and medals with free post race refreshments.

Delighted to see that this race has been rescued. Would love to be able to run it, but think I may be too occupied with the Glenmore 24 the day before! Best wishes to all the runners.

I would just like to say I am delighted to hear that the marathon has been saved from cancellation and will continue as been the oldest marathon in Scotland. Many thanks to Glen moray distillery for their sponsoring of an event I was lucky enough to win outright in 2012. A win that will forever live
    in my memory.
