Join thousands already registered for this year's Men's Health Forum Scotland (MHFS) 10k for Men, to be held this Father's Day, June 20, in Glasgow's Bellahouston and Pollok Parks.
Early-bird registration is currently open, although the special fee of £15 will close at 17:00 on March 31, to be replaced by the slightly higher fee of £17. Don't forget, members of the Men's Jogging Network will gain entry (at any stage) for £12.
Entries are welcome from all men, aged 15+. Sons, Dads and Grandads should register as soon as possible to take advantage of this special early-bird rate. Team participation is also encouraged, with prizes not only for the fastest runners but the fastest teams aswell.
The MHFS 10K for Men really is an event for all men, whether first-timers or seasoned runners. Last year's race was attended by over 2,500 runners and this year looks to be no exception. The course record is 31 minutes 50 seconds, but whether you run for glory or just for fun, you can enjoy the course, with friends and family members alike.
More information is available on the 10k for Men website.
