Security to protect marathon water
Some of the runners in the 2009 marathon or team relay were directly or indirectly affected by the theft of Strathmore water and Lucozade energy gels overnight from the course. To ensure that this doesn't happen in 2010 security guards will protect the water and energy stations overnight.
