Runners interested in taking part in this year's Global Energy Inverness half marathon should register before the deadline at midnight tomorrow (February 22). The race, which is organised for Sunday, March 11, has already attracted over 2,000 runners and is shaping up to be the largest in its 28 year history.
The competition has received further interest with news that this year's prize money has been set at £1,000. A host of elite athletes, including Scottish internationals Robert Russell, Ross Houston and Melissa Whyte have all confirmed they will be taking part.
