Following the success of the Antonine Trail Race, a new 10k event featuring sections from the original 14-mile race, will be held by Adventure Zone Scotland on 20 May. The Antonine Trail 10K will start and finish on Nethercroy Road, Croy.
Act Fast For Antonine Trail 10K
Race director, Robert Sanderson, said: “We’ve been looking to add a shorter race for a while now, and the stars have aligned to make this happen. Working with James Stewart, a well known local runner, we’ve got a cracking route laid out which should give trail runners a little May fun.”
The event is sponsored by specialist running retailer, Run-4-It, and has an entry price of £11. The no-frills race doesn’t include changing rooms or toilets, but will provide a challenging run around a fantastic part of the country.
With only a handful of places left, entrants are advised to enter quickly to avoid disappointment. More information and entries are available here.
