Race organisers of the Men's Health Forum Scotland (MHFS) 10K For Men have confirmed that the 2011 event in Glasgow will take place once more on Father's Day, Sunday, June 19 2011. The 10K For Men always has a great atmosphere, as families come along to support their dads, sons and brothers.
The race will take place in Glasgow's Bellahouston and Pollok Parks and 2011 will be the 6th running of this event. The 2010 event was a fantastic success with almost 3,000 runners, Scotland's men are being urged to take up the challenge once again for next year's race.
Race organiser, Sarah McMillan of MHFS said, "It's always a great atmosphere and brilliant fun, with men of all ages and abilities encouraging each other around the scenic route. Come along and be part of improving your own health and supporting men's health in Scotland!"
