runners in Balloch Country Park

The Run Loch Lomond team at West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust is proud to announce that the long-established and hugely popular Loch Lomond 10K that's taking place on Saturday 22 June 2019 is now open for entries.

Attracting thousands of people to the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, the Loch Lomond 10K (formerly Vale of Leven 10K) is a fun, feel-good event that suits all ability levels, from elite to fun runners.

Early Bird entry is available until 13 February 2019 with online entry now available via the event website. The new Loch Lomond 10K route offers stunning views of the loch, Balloch Castle Country Park and the River Leven. It is one of the most scenic races on the Scottish running calendar.

Another big plus is that 75% of the route is on traffic-free paths and trails, so mostly exhaust-fume free and a great running experience!
