Archived Newsletter 19 April 2012 News - 5000 Rock Out In Capital The Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series made its UK debut on Sunday (April 15) as 5,000 runners took part in the inaugural half marathon event in Edinburgh. For only the second time in the series' history the race was won by a female, Portuguese runner Leonor Carneiro, who completed the 13.1 miles in 1:16.05.
