jogscotland 5k challenge 2011 Glasgow
Arriving in Glasgow on Wednesday 22 June, the jogscotland 5k challenge will return to Glasgow Green, for a fun filled evening taking participants through the oldest of the city’s park and along the River Clyde.
This year marks the event’s ninth time in the city. Last year’s challenge attracted hundreds of runners who enthusiastically took to the course for a post work walk/jog/run.
The jogscotland 5k challenges welcome everyone – work teams, groups of friends out for a good time and individuals looking for a personal best. The friendly atmosphere is born out of jogscotland’s ethos of making physical activity fun and accessible.
The series is suitable for all levels of runner and junior runs are held before each 5k challenge.
