Barnardo's Cairngorm Challenge 2012

A hike and bike adventure taking place in the beautiful Cairngorms National Park.

This is a rare opportunity to test your fitness in one of Scotland's best known areas of natural outstanding beauty, with its majestic mountain, breathtaking landscapes and tough terrain.

Work as a team to motivate, inspire and encourage each other, or take part in a relay, doing a leg each. There are routes for all abilities, from beginner’s Bronze to gruelling Gold. If you are brave enough we also welcome individuals.

FacilitiesAviemore and the Cairngorms National Park are easily accessible from all over the UK, by road, rail and air. The most accessible train station for the Cairngorms National Park is Aviemore. The nearest airport is Inverness, which is serviced by flights from all over the UK. If you are driving put 'Glenmore' into a route planner. Full details of where and when to meet will be sent out nearer the time. We have accommodation available at the Badaguish Centre where the event takes place that participants can book.
