Edinburgh’s specialist running shop, Run and Become in Queensferry Street, are hosting two evenings with top Scottish ultra distance runners as part of their ongoing Running Inspiration Evenings. Tomorrow night (Wednesday 15 November) will see 2016 West Highland Way race winner, and GB 24 hour international James Stewart at the store as part of the Hoka Test Tour.
James is an ambassador for the revolutionary shoe brand. There will be a chance to join in a short run with James before he chats about his running and offers an open question and answer session on any aspect of marathon and ultra marathon running. There will also be an on the night raffle for a pair of HOKA trainers.
Later in the month (29 November) Glasgow’s International ultra runner Debbie Martin Consani will present a talk on her recent adventure at the Montane Tor des Geants race in the Alps.
Both events are part of Run and Become’s ongoing series of Running Inspiration Evenings, which have been held at the store for many years.
Space is limited for both events. Details and registration is available here.
