Pace Yourself At Mens 10K

Just three days to go till the 2011 Mens Health Forum Scotland 10K at Bellahouston Park, Glasgow and prospects for Sunday look good with a maximum temperature of 18 centigrade and a breeze to keep runners cool.

Participants received a late boost with news that the race will have pacers at 45, 50, 55 and 60 minutes. Look out for the brightly coloured shirts. Pacers have been provided by local club Bellahouston Harriers.

Online and postal registration for the event are now closed however you can still enter by going along to the Portacabin to the north of the Start/ Finish Line at Bellahouston Park on Friday, June 17 from 18:00-20:00 and also on Saturday June 18 from 10:00-15:00. Late registration is £20 and must be paid in cash. More details at the event website.
