Roadshow In Dumbarton

jogscotland in West Dunbartonshire has teamed up with specialist running retailer Achilles Heel to present the Jogging and Running Roadshow at Dumbarton Burgh Hall, Church Street, Dumbarton on Friday, May 6. The event starts at 7.00pm and runs until 9.00pm. The evening is a great way to find out more about running in West Dunbartonshire.
The Jogging and Running Roadshow returns after a successful launch in 2011. Highlights of the night are an Introduction to jogscotland, information about the anniversary Polaroid series of 10Ks, and opportunities to join local clubs and groups.
The Achilles Heel team will be on hand to advice about equipment - footwear, GPS systems (including a chance to see the new Nike+ SportWatch), sports bras and sports hydration products. In addition they will be outlining the benefits of sports massage and nutrition plus what to do when you're injured.
Achilles Heel will have a stall offering a range of clothing and accessories at reduced and special offer prices. Those attending the roadshow also receive a 15% off voucher to spend on any full price clothing or running product instore at achilles heel, 593 Great Western Road, Glasgow.
