31 MAR2011

MHFS 10k for Men logo

There are just 12 weeks until Father's Day, 2011 and the MHFS 10K for Men on Sunday, June 19 at Bellahouston Park. Organisers are predicting 5,000 entries for the event that has become a mainstay of the Scottish running calendar. 12 weeks until the race - but just 12 hours to take advantage of the Early Bird rate (£15) for the popular 10K. The Early Bird rate lasts until 23:59 hours TODAY - March 31.

This is an event for runners of all abilities, around 40% of participants haven't taken part in a 10K before. The first step is simple, just register to secure your place at MHFS 10K for Men by visiting the event website. Real Radio's Breakfast DJ Ewen Cameron will be there to lead 5,000 guys in the pre-event warm up and broadcaster Bryan Burnett will be running in the race as well as commentating. Entry is open to men aged 15 and over.
