The fourth annual Men's Health Forum Scotland The 10K For Men will be held in Glasgow on Sunday 21st June. The popular event is open to males aged 15 and over on the day of the race and starts and finishes in Bellahouston Park. All finishers will receive a certificate, medal, goody bag and T-shirt.
