Buchlyvie 10k Postponed

Saturday's Buchlyvie 10k has been postponed. Organiser Sarah Gleave has decided after an early morning run today and consulting the weather forecast up to the weekend that the event was unlikely to go ahead.

Sarah told scottishrunningguide.com: "The forestry tracks we use for the Buchlyvie 10k are still very icey and there is a lot of surface water liable to ice over. We weren't sure that we could run the race safely on Saturday and have postponed today to give runners a chance to make alternative arrangements."

The re-arranged Buchlyvie 10k will take place on Saturday, April 2, when hopefully some decent spring weather will mean a bumper field.
