Co-operative jogscotland 5k challenges are a great initiative to get you started on your way to fun and fitness. With five venues across Scotland starting in Aberdeenshire on Tuesday 16th June then Inverness on the 17th, the Borders on the 23rd, Glasgow a day later on the 24th and finally finishing off in Edinburgh on Tuesday 30th June.
