Run Away Into The Night

The Notorious Night Run series is a collection of three night time, off road run challenges across the UK, finishing with a party and camping at the finish line. The first event of 2011 will take place in Henley on March 12 with 'Horseplay', followed by 'The Mighty Deerstalker' in the Scottish Borders on March 19 and the final race and newest addition to the series, 'Legends of Sherwood Forest' will be held on April 2.

Entry for the races are now open, but the super early bird prices will end next week, on November 30. Each location will offer both a 5K and 10K race, with the 5K's taking place in the afternoon and the 10K races in the evening. Entries can be made for each race individually, or for the whole series of 10K races.

The races will be filled with obstacles and each race will have its own unique feel, as the differing topography of each site allow opportunities for a variety of obstacles in each course. Each race will be followed by a party, with food, drink and music, with racers able to pitch a tent in the event tented village.
