Mini Monster Bike and Run

22 MAY2009

mini monster logo

First Mini Monster Challenges are a series of events across Britain aimed at getting families and groups of friends together to enjoy a sporting day out and help raise money for charity. The June events being held in Aberdeen and Glasgow are designed to allow people of all ages to take part regardless of fitness or experience.

Two races take place on the day, both for teams of four. The first, aimed at families, sees each competitor tackle a 1.5km run or a 5km cycle. The adult event involves each competitor either running 3km or cycling 10km.

There are five First Mini Monster events in 2009, two of them in Scotland. Aberdeen on 7th June and Glasgow on 14th June. So pick the one nearest to you and join in the fun!
