Be The Fittest With Survival Sunday
18 AUG2010
The Men's Health Survival of the Fittest 10K returns to Edinburgh for the second time on October 17 this year and organisers are giving racers the chance to gain an edge over their competitors with Survival Sunday, special training session held by partners, Rat Race Urban Gym.
The exclusive training events will give competitors a sneaky preview of the course, offering event specific training for that little bit extra come race day. Each survival sunday session will last between 60 and 90 minutes, building up to the main event.
Edinburgh's 2010 race will see an increased race limit on last year's sell out, with organisers looking to make the second Survival of the fittest even bigger, better and tougher than last year. The Edinburgh race will be the last in a series of three challenges, which will have seen runners battling for survival in both England and Wales before the 'volcanic finale' in Scotland.
There are only two Survival Sunday's remaining in Edinburgh, on August 29 and September 19, priced at £10, these are sure to fill up fast so book your place online now.
