Last Chance To Enter Glenrothes Road Running Festival

18 JUN2010

The Glenrothes Road Running Festival will be held on Sunday June 27 and online entries for the 10K race close tomorrow. The race is part of a festival hosted by the Fife Sports Institute and will also include a 4K fun run, 2K run and 300m Children's 'Junior Jog'.

Taking place for the 27th time, the Glenrothes Road Running Festival is the largest sporting event in the town, with over 1500 people of all ages and levels of fitness taking part. The 2K race is a new addition this year, hoping to encourage more people in the area to take part and take that first step to getting fitter and healthier.

Entries for the 10K race can be made online until tomorrow for just £12, however runners can enter until 10am on the day, at a higher price of £14.
