It's Now Or Never For Scotland's Men

4 JUN2010

MHFS 10k for Men 2009

For any men wishing to take part in the Men's Health Forum Scotland (MHFS) 10K for Men in Glasgow on June 20, there is only one week left to register for the event, as entries close on June 11, strictly at 5pm.

Now in its 5th year, the MHFS 10K for Men has become one of the most eagerly anticipated races on the calendar in Scotland; and 2010 is no exception. Organisers are reporting a big increase in entries to the event, as momentum builds for the father's day race.

Sarah McMillan from MHFS told scottishrunningguide.com, "The 10K for Men is only weeks away now, so we are really excited about all the plans coming together. This year will be bigger and better than ever, with a real family atmosphere and lots of activities for children, so dads can make the most of their father's day as a family.

"All competitors will receive a fantastic goody bag on the day and will be pampered after the race in our well-being tent. Registrations are way ahead of last year so we just hope the weather stays good to make this the most successful 10K for Men ever!"

The race will take place in Bellahouston and Pollok Parks, starting at 10am.
