Dundee Welcomes New Run-4-It Store
31 MAY2010

Runners in Dundee now have a brand new store to buy their latest gear, as Run-4-It opened its doors earlier this month. The Dock Street Shop boasts a vast range of running footwear, as well as specific ladies', men's and junior running wear departments.
The shop will stock brands such as Gore Running Wear, Nike, Saucony, Adidas, Salomon, New Balance and Asics. Staff are also trained to perform gait analysis, to find the most appropriate shoe for each customer's running style, gait and foot, with a treadmill to test out shoes in advance of purchase.
The team at the new store are all keen runners, lead by manager Doug Wilson, who is currently in training to complete the Great Cumbrian Run Half Marathon in October. The team are always on hand to offer their expert advice and encouragement to all standards of runners, with the hope that the shop will become a central hub for all runners in the area.

Great post! Gait analysis is highly beneficial for people of all ages, whether you are starting to run or are an accomplished athlete there is much to be learnt from a gait analysis. As you will know even the smaller advantage can make a large improvement to your performance.
