The first Scottish parkrun of 2010 will go ahead at Edinburgh on Saturday, January 2nd at 9.30 am. The dedicated team of volunteers have once again inspected the route today and have decided that the event will proceed, although the route may be amended for safety reasons. Additional marshalls will be deployed to ensure that all runners are given as much guidance as possible. Please follow the marshalls instructions and listen carefully to the pre-race information briefing. There is little snow at Cramond - the grass areas are strong and solid and should not pose any problems but runners are reminded that, as always, they run at their own risk.
