Bolt and Ennis World Champs

After a historic weekend for athletics, SCOTTISH RUNNING GUIDE would like to congratulate two of the world's top athletes, Usain Bolt of Jamaica, who completed an incredible 100m. winning the Berlin World Championship race in a world record of 9:58 and Sheffield's Jessica Ennis who won the Women's Heptathalon with a great series of performances culminating in a fantastic 800m performance.

A special mention to Louise Hazel and Tyson Gay, who both provided dignified support to the new world champions.
