Three Peaks Challenge

17 JUL2009

The Roy Castle Lung Foundation is looking for adventurous people to take part in its Three Peaks Challenge over the weekend of August 21, 2009. The targets are Snowdon (Wales 1085m), Scarfell PIke (England 978m) and Ben Nevis (1344m) all to be climbed within 24 hours.

This challenge will appeal to people of all ages, all walks of life. Although you need to be reasonably fit, you don't need to be at 'Ironman' level to take part. The Roy Castle Lung Foundation organises everything from training days, to transport, overnight accommodation to on-line motivational support. All you have to do is raise the minimum sponsorship and walk the walk.
If you are interested contact the Fundraising Team on 0151 254 7200 or email foundation@roycastle.org
