Nice Night for a Race

Tonight Scottish runners have the choice of three different races: a 5k in Edinburgh; a 5mile in Perthshire and a 10k in Ayrshire.

The self transcendence 5k race is held along the flat paths of the Edinburgh Meadows and starts at 7.00pm
First run in 1998, the Brig Bash is a friendly summer evening 5 mile race, run over a fast and flat course along quiet country roads. Venue: Bridge of Earn Village Hall Race Start: 7:30pm
Also commencing at 7.30pm is the Kilmarnock Harriers 10k race, which starts at the town's St. Joseph's Academy in Grassyards Road and is run over a scenic route along country roads.
