Coasts Clear For Another Year

23 NOV2011

Coast to Coast 2012

Rat Race Adventures have announced the return of the highly popular Scotland Coast to Coast for next year. The event, which sees competitors run, cycle, and kayak from the northeast point of Nairn across the country to the Isle of Glencoe, has been organised for September 15 & 16

With its combination of extreme physical commitment and stunning views of the nation's most iconic scenery, the Coast to Coast is one of Scotland's most compelling yet demanding events, attracting over 1000 participants in its previous two years.

The point-to-point journey takes a total of two days and covers a distance of 100 miles, including a marathon worth on foot. Competitors will be provided with a weekend-long snapshot of Scotland as the course moves through the Moray Firth, Loch Ness, Fort Augustus, Ben Nevis, before finishing at Glencoe.

Organisers are offering a discounted rate until the end of November with the price set at £140 per head for Racer and £175 for Challengers - regular price is £200 and £250 respectively. If you want to take advantage of this early bird discount, visit the event website.
