Running Groups In Tayside and Angus
Running groups are another way for people who would like to enjoy running but don't feel ready for the competitive nature of an organised club. Running groups have a more relaxed structure and are perfect for beginners or those who just run for fun.
Scotland has a national jogging network in jogscotland, who train jog leaders to take groups around the country. Tayside and Angus have many jogscotland groups, one of which is in Perth.
