| The Fit for Purpose Appraoch? | All Fit for Purpose staff have been or are competitive runners, between them they have over 60 years experience of track, road, cross country, fell and mountain running. They also have a close association with current and former international athletes. Because of this experience they know what it feels like to be injured or off form, or trying to find motivation for a hard session. Combining this with more formal qualifications results in a capability to provide a complete range of services to runners of all standards, whether that be sports massage to help recovery from training, racing or injury, or a full periodised training plan with associated nutritional and physiological assessments and advice. |
